Your job

As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will be accountable for consistently increasing the effectiveness of our digital content output with the aim of generating pipeline. It will be your responsibility to maximize content ROI, analyze and optimize the end-to-end global-to-local content process to ensure that the content being created is easily accessible, in line with our value proposition, meets the requirements of local market teams, and is effective at achieving the intended strategic purpose. Next to that, you will help drive our social media strategy. Your mission? To accelerate the growth of our social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter), on a global level and in an agile way. You will do this through writing engaging, unique and on-brand posts and creating content for our audience that help(s) drive brand awareness, generating demand for campaigns, and sharing company news and events.

  • Create effective, inspiring, and compelling content for our brand strategy and enterprise programs;
  • Collaborate with the Head of Brand and our Enterprise Marketer on creating a winning content strategy for their respective programs;
  • Follow a data-driven approach to create and optimize content for digital channels;
  • Ensure that a consistent, desirable message is conveyed through our communications channels;
  • Oversee content marketing initiatives across various platforms;
  • Manage daily social media request pipeline;
  • Curate, draft, and post content to maintain daily editorial calendar;
  • Provide strategic input on cross-functional campaigns;
  • Create unique and on-brand posts for our social media channels that actively engage our social followers and create meaningful connections;
  • Track and measure performance across social channels.

What you bring along:

  • A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree;
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Content Marketing and/or Social Media Management;
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written);
  • Experience working in the software and/or e-commerce industry;
  • Experience creating and executing digital content strategies;
  • Solid understanding of analytics and digital tools (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Google Suite, SEMrush, WordPress);
  • Always looking for the latest trends to incorporate in your strategy and thrive in organic, paid channels, and email;
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to handle ambiguity and untangle complex situations into actionable activities;
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to handle complex projects with multiple stakeholders;
  • Passion for data-driven content marketing and social media;
  • Commercially driven and always seek for the latest opportunities in terms of new communication channels and methods.
