At Sana Commerce, we’re looking for a Customer Education Manager to design a framework and create high quality education programs for our prospects, customers, and employees. This will lead to higher lead generation, customer loyalty, and employee satisfaction.  

What you’ll be doing:  

  • Designing a framework for educational content creation about B2B e-commerce and our product; 

  • Translating the educational needs into educational content (e.g. designing and creating a curriculum); 

  • Selecting, implementing, and managing the online education platform tool; 

  • Training colleagues on how to deliver training; 

  • Developing and implementing metrics to measure the effectiveness of the education strategy. 

What you’ll bring:  

  • At least 3 years of instructional design, education, training, or learning & development experience, preferably within tech/software; 

  • (Near) native in English on a business level to be able to create content; 

  • Project management skills with a lot of (internal) stakeholder management; 

  • Passion for presenting and convincing audiences to be able to record training videos; 

  • Analytical and creative skills to come up with new ideas and build business cases.
