At Sana Commerce, we’re looking for a Customer Education Manager to design a framework and create high quality education programs for our prospects, customers, and employees. This will lead to higher lead generation, customer loyalty, and employee satisfaction.
What you’ll be doing:
Designing a framework for educational content creation about B2B e-commerce and our product;
Translating the educational needs into educational content (e.g. designing and creating a curriculum);
Selecting, implementing, and managing the online education platform tool;
Training colleagues on how to deliver training;
What you’ll bring:
At least 3 years of instructional design, education, training, or learning & development experience, preferably within tech/software;
(Near) native in English on a business level to be able to create content;
Project management skills with a lot of (internal) stakeholder management;
