At Sana Commerce, we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to help our customers to drive value in the DACH region by ensuring the best experience possible with our e-commerce platform.   

What you’ll be doing:  

  • Driving the success within your portfolio of accounts by acting as an internal advocate;   
  • Building and maintaining deeply rooted relationships with your customers;     
  • Increasing retention by taking actions on identified risks;      
  • Advising your customers on how our solution can help them achieve their objectives;    
  • Optimizing the commercial outcomes of your accounts;      

What you’ll bring:  

  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Relationship Management; 
  • A high professional/ (near) native level of English & German. Any other (B2+) European language: Dutch, French, Italian, Danish, or Swedish is a plus;   
  • Excellent communication and listening skills;  
  • Customer-centric Mindset;  
  • A bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement).
