Your job

Your mission as Digital Content Specialist is to develop, design, create and implement marketing programs to support a broad range of campaigns aimed at driving expansion and growth for Sana Commerce within the enterprise field. Reporting to Enterprise Vice President, you will be the glue that connects sales and marketing into a holistic approach of communicating the value of our offerings to potential customers. Your goal is to develop yourself into a T-Shaped Marketing professional who is eager to become an indispensable part of various agile working teams. As part of the global team, you will be responsible for evangelizing a growth mindset and encouraging agile ways of working. Proactively identify and drive initiatives to automate and simplify processes;

  • Create the content our audience is looking for and optimize the path to conversion (brand publisher mindset);
  • Work closely with the Enterprise Marketing Manager to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet the business objectives;
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and business development teams to execute communications and collateral that reflects Sana’s brand and value to our enterprise customers/prospects;
  • Gain an understanding of key personas, use cases, and value drivers for Sana’s enterprise products and support sales enablement;
  • Work side-by-side with other teams and dig into the data yourself to identify actionable insights and spot opportunities for further tests (experimentation);
  • Use features of our ABM tool to support sales in their outreach process and inform on account behavior to enable opportunities and pipeline;
  • Develop, execute, and analyze digital marketing initiatives and ensure that they contribute to the global strategy and our growth initiatives.

What you bring along:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in delivering content assets across multiple platforms;
  • Experience working in a software company;
  • Native or near-native proofreading and editing skills in English;
  • Strong affinity with digital marketing;
  • A good understanding of the basic best practices of the main social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) and which content and approaches work on each and why;
  • Ability to work effectively with creative resources including designers and web team.
