At Sana Commerce, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join the UKI/ANZ marketing team and be accountable for consistently increasing the effectiveness of our digital and paid channels, with a goal of generating a pipeline for our sales team. In this role, you will work with the Demand Generation Manager and Content Specialist to deliver digital initiatives and campaigns that support and execute the regional marketing strategy. These include taking ownership over paid channels and ad management and supporting on website management, landing pages and e-mail marketing.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Creating, owning, and supporting the development and optimization of regional PPC campaigns such as LinkedIn.
  • Supporting the execution of the regional SEA/SEO strategy to meet regional business objectives and increase marketing effectiveness:
    - Improving SERP rankings via SEO tactics,
    - Managing the focus keywords set and increasing ranking,
    - Creating, supporting, developing and optimizing the regional paid-search and display campaigns in AdWords.
  • Supporting website optimizations:
    - Creating and optimizing landing pages for the region,
    - Supporting digital initiatives via the corporate team that affect America’s region.
  • Building, owning and maintaining our e-mail marketing strategy in our marketing automation platform (Marketo).
  • Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).

What you’ll bring:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree,
  • 2-4 years in digital marketing. Experience working with a software brand and/or in e-commerce is a pre,
  • (Near) native English: both verbal and written ability,
  • Experience with SEM (e.g., bid management, budget allocation, forecasting, performance monitoring, strategic testing, copywriting, and campaign expansion),
  • Experience with digital channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Google AdWords,
  • Excellent communication skills: ability to clearly convey a message to audiences through appropriate language, storytelling, style, or call-to-actions; and confidence in communicating and coordinating across multiple stakeholders and functional teams.
