At Sana Commerce, we’re looking for a Global Manager Presales to drive our commercial success by supporting the Presales team and the sales organization to increase our conversion rate. You will actively align the sales, marketing, product, and project departments to improve the customer experience and overall efficiency of the organization.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing and coaching a team of 3 Presales Consultants;
  • Translating company- and sales strategies into objectives and key results for our Presales team;
  • Setting team KPIs to measure performance of the Pre-Sales team;
  • Prioritizing high impact features with the product and driving initiatives to improve our sales processes;
  • Training and coaching the commercial organization on our Sana solution and its benefits.

What you’ll bring:

  • At least 3 years experience in Pre-Sales, preferably within the SaaS industry;
  • A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience, preferably within a Pre-Sales team;
  • A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree;
  • Proven track record in improving sales processes and bringing the Pre-Sales team to the next level;
  • Strong training and coaching skills in a commercial organization.
