At Sana Commerce, we’re looking for a Head of Product Marketing & Retention to develop a differentiated product positioning and go-to-market strategy. By planning and implementing the product and customer strategy, you will be jointly accountable for the achievement of commercial results such as revenue, upsell, and retention.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Positioning our Sana Product in a way that delivers our unique value proposition and attracts new customers; 
  • Creating a strategy for positioning, messaging, pricing, and promotion for our product; 
  • Searching for creative and innovative ideas from market trends and analyzing existing customer needs  
  • Using product insights into create valuable feedback for development, CS, and marketing activities; 
  • Training and supporting sales & customer success teams on new products and features.

Marketing our unique B2B product can be a challenging and exciting adventure. We focus on creating value for our customers and addressing their pain points in order to attract inbound leads.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience managing a team is preferred;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • ± 6 years of experience in Product Development and/or (Product) Marketing;
  • Experience in creating differentiated strategies for SaaS solutions or B2B.
