What you’ll be doing:

Working in recruitment at a tech scale-up means making an impact from day one! For the Americas region (North and Latin America) we are looking to strengthen our team with a Talent Acquisition Specialist for the Medellín office. You will be looking for new talent in the US and LATAM and will be working on growing and improving our Recruitment department. You’ll be trained and you’ll collaborate with your recruiter colleagues in the Netherlands, Dubai, Ukraine, and Sri Lanka.

What makes our role unique? You will be working in an ambitious team with a vision. That means that you will not be interviewing candidates all day, but you will also be working on innovating and improving our practices. How can we do better? What have we learned? What could be optimized? And how can we all benefit from that?

  • You will do the job intake with the Hiring Manager, writing the job descriptions, select the best candidates, and celebrate with your team a new hire.
  • Understanding the job market both in LATAM and the US, so you can be a business partner for the organization.
  • You have a creative mind, so you also try different things to get in contact with the right candidates; with social advertisements, by organizing interesting events or you start an effective referral campaign amongst our employees!
  • Employer Branding: social media, campus recruitment, talent management, and more. 

What you’ll bring:

You have the ambition to improve recruitment every day a little bit more in a growing environment. You enjoy closing your own requisitions and support your colleagues if they have a challenges and need some advice. Sharing your knowledge, challenging the status quo and coming up with new initiatives gives you an energy boost, but you also gain a lot of knowledge from your peers.

  • At least 3 years of experience as a recruiter.
  • Advanced English Level. 
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree;
  • Taking ownership and making it happen;
  • Self-starter with a “can do” personality;
  • Fun to work with and result-driven at the same time;
