At Sana Commerce, we’re looking for an IT Support Engineer to work with our global team in providing top-notch internal technical support and help our operations keep running smoothly.
What you’ll be doing:
Diagnose, install, support and maintain hardware and software problems, and resolve problems using daily follow-up on the internal ticketing system while maintaining the SLA standards.
Support and manage internal hybrid IT infrastructure and take proactive measures to keep the operation near-zero downtime.
Install software and operating system upgrades / patches through SCCM & Intune.
Maintain and manage the IT assets and inventory.
Participate in audit and compliance activities including regular reports to management.
What you’ll bring:
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, is a must.
Bachelor’s in computer science, systems engineering, or related .
Minimum one year of experience as IT Support engineer.
Hands on experience with end-user applications such as Windows platform, Office365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive etc. and IT related hardware troubleshooting.
Good understanding about ITIL practices, GDPR and ISO 27001.
Excellent in customer support skills.
