At Sana Commerce, we’re looking for a Project Manager to be responsible for the delivery of our B2B e-commerce projects. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Responsible for the priorities according to the established deadlines.
  • Identify and manage risks and communicate with your clients.
  • You manage expectations: Not delivering on a promise simply isn’t an option.
  • Massive amounts of high fives when another amazing web store goes live!

What you’ll bring:

  • Advanced English. 
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience. Experience in software project management is a plus. 
  • At least 2 years experience managing cross-functional projects independently and with teams in different time zones.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Form strong strategic relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor. - 
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and manage challenging clients – natural ability to diffuse tense situations.
  • Take creative and analytical approach to problem-solving, utilizing teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
  • Develop and manage all aspects of the project life cycle: full implementation from initiation to deployment.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and structured with the ability to multi-task and handle several projects simultaneously.
  • Good team player – you are always ready to help and have a collaborative spirit.
  • Learning mindset and ability to be agile with changing processes and client demands.
  • Support a diverse and inclusive work environment.​​​​​


  • PMP or similar certification.
  • Previous experience in ERP implementation or e-Commerce software development.
  • Strong knowledge of the software development life-cycle.
  • Prior consulting experience and ability to upsell services.
