As a Project Manager you are responsible for the delivery of our B2B e-commerce projects. The projects are the implementation and/or customization of our e-commerce software solution for our clients in Latin America and United States. You will be closely working together with our in-house product development teams, e-commerce consultants and product specialists. Your goal is to deliver each e-commerce solution with excellent quality, within scope and in budget.
The Project Manager is responsible for the priorities according to the established deadlines. You identify and manage the risks and communicate frequently and directly with our international clients. You will serve as escalation point for our teams and have a ‘get things done’ mindset.
You should motivate the team members to maintain a performance-oriented culture while keeping a high employee and customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the project manager measures and evaluates the teams KPI's and is encouraged to own and drive quality and efficiency improvements where needed. You will be managing multiple large projects at the same time. Our main offices are in USA, Colombia, Netherlands, Ukraine and Sri Lanka. So international experience is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in software project management.
- Strong knowledge in software development life-cycle
- Proficiency in English language
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor degree or equivalent is a must
- Sound knowledge of e-Commerce domain
- Ability to multi-task, handle many projects simultaneously without losing focus
- Good team player – If you are always ready to help and have a collaborative spirit
- Master’s degree
- PMP will be an added advantage
- Previous experience in e-Commerce
