Your job

Your mission as a Business Consultant Trainee is to gain a broad understanding of our Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success organization, and develop your professional skills by taking on challenging projects in the Operations & Support team and the Enablement team. In this role, you are in the perfect position to drive success of the commercial organization and help the company achieve its ambitious goals, while learning and growing the skills you need to succeed in a fast-growing tech scale-up. You will report to the Team Lead Revenue Enablement throughout your traineeship but will work with various stakeholders. After the 12-month traineeship, the preferred route is to specialize in Enablement, but other opportunities such as Intelligence or Operations & Support can be explored.

First 6 months:

  • Complete 90-day onboarding journey;
  • Drive organizational efficiency by contributing to Operations & Support projects in the marketing, sales, and CS team (related to administration, implementing technology, improving and automating processes, and/or provide support);
  • Support the Sr. Revenue Operations Specialist in making recommendations about process and technology improvements in the marketing, sales, and CS teams;
  • Successfully carry out 1 larger technology or process related project (OKR) of your own.

Second 6 months:

  • Team member of the Revenue Enablement team;
  • Enable our commercial teams to provide an optimal buying experience to our customers by collaborating on different Enablement projects (related to onboarding and training, content, events, technology, and/or methodology);
  • Support the Team Lead Revenue Enablement in prioritizing strategic initiatives;
  • Successfully carry out 1 larger Enablement project (OKR) of your own.

What you bring along:

  • Recently graduated with a Master’s degree;
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM (preferred not required);
  • Customer-centric and learning mindset;
  • Curiosity and ability to change the status quo;

  • Ability to understand complex processes and identify bottlenecks;
  • Strong communication skills;
