Your Job:

We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to drive the effectiveness and efficiency of the commercial team in the Americas region. You will report to the global Head of Sales Enablement and Operations and will work closely with your stakeholders in the Latin and North American Sales (Operations), Marketing and Customer Success teams. You are their trusted partner in providing sales support, ensuring correct order and commissions administration, maintaining documentation, and implementing process and technology improvements.  

  • Administration: Ensure correct order and commissions administration for our regional sales and customer success team
  • Systems & Support: Provide user support and monitor correct usage of internal systems and processes; proactively taking necessary actions for improvement
  • Knowledge: Maintain the internal knowledge base and document processes for the commercial team
  • Templates: Create templates for presentations, emails, etc.
  • Data: Support the commercial team with ad-hoc queries and provide regular reports on the commercial performance of the region

    What You Bring Along

    • Advanced Skills in Excel
    • Bilingual English-Spanish
    • You have at least 1 to 2 years of Sales Experience with a SaaS platform or experience with complex products or platforms.
    • A passion for e-commerce: You’re up to date on the latest trends and developments in our discipline.
    • Strong analytic and numeric skills: You are good at interpreting statistics and reports
    • Detail Oriented
    • Good Planning Skills
