Salary range: $70,000 – $77,000

Your Job

As a full-time Business Analyst at Sana Commerce EMEA B.V., you should be able to understand the eCommerce concepts in different industries, Sana products ecosystem, and apply the knowledge to scope the best possible solutions to customers (this includes identifying system requirements, developing solutions with the use of different tools available).

You are also required to focus on customer (stakeholder) management, working with multiple teams, and project delivery techniques to provide the best possible outcomes.


  • Handling requests from sales and existing customers to assist in scoping new solutions and solve challenges.
  • Clarifying the goals and needs of prospects and customers.
  • Identifying the gaps between standard Sana and the customers’ requirements in a requirement study.
  • Defining customizations/solution directions to close the gaps, writing them down in an RQS document.
  • Make a Time Estimation (TE) based on the (approved) RQS.
  • Be present as a supporting resource during customer demos and document and investigate customer requirements during the demo.
  • Guide the team to deliver the solution which is defined in the RQS.
  • Advice on e-commerce matters and applicable technologies.
  • Propose solution directions that fit the needs and boundaries of the customer and their business
  • Sharing knowledge within Sana globally.
  • Manage projects from start to go-live in order to ensure that the projects are delivered with the best possible outcome to customers.
  • Work as the coordinator between teams when new requirements emerge where collaborative development from different teams is required to provide the final solution.
  • Work as the functional requirement facilitator when third-party integrations are required or when product development tasks are emerged.

What you bring along:

  • A minimum of 3 years in a similar role in a software/ICT environment
  • A bachelor’s degree (equivalent academic qualification or working experience)
  • Excellent communication skills (English)
  • ERP knowledge, SAP, and Microsoft are desirable.
  • Dynamics AX, NAV certification is a plus but optional
