Dutch wholesaler Mega Collections is one of the largest import and export companies in Europe. Founded 25 years ago, the company imports a wide range of decorative items for gardens, balconies, terraces and indoors, from all over the world.
Mega Collections had a clear goal: providing the very best customer service. They also faced another challenge: increasing product visibility despite frequently changing collections. Integrated e-commerce seemed to be the answer, but would be difficult with the company’s existing IT architecture.
Together with IT partner GAC, Mega Collections chose a new ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and an integrated web store: Sana Commerce. The seamless integration between the two systems lets Mega Collections share up-to-date information about all products with their clients.
Now Mega Collections can provide clients with targeted services. Not only that, but the combination of Dynamics NAV and Sana Commerce means that all products are visible, even from older collections.
