Part of the LATAM team and Global Marketing organization, your mission is to fuel and accelerate the growth of Sana Commerce in this territory. Success is achieved through generating qualitative leads for the sales department that in the end convert into net new revenue mainly generated via partner marketing, events, and outbound campaigns.  

You will work closely with your marketing counterpart and are both responsible for the marketing performance in the region, with your focus will be on:  

  • Organize Sana’s participation on regional tradeshows and planning, coordinating, and executing self-hosted events.
  • Responsible for our indirect channel via actively establishing joint-marketing activities with ERP-resellers.

Besides that, supporting in outbound sales & marketing campaigns. Identify and segment audiences and develop integrated, multichannel outbound campaigns that engage, inform and activate leads.

  • Build a deep understanding of the target prospect and their needs; apply thoughtful data-driven, segmentation approaches to effectively reach them.
  • Plan demand generation marketing programs to grow sales pipeline.
  • Lead approach via outbound channels as e-mail including segmentation and campaign concepts driven by regional industry and market trends.
  • Drive funnel engagement through email nurture programs and sales playbooks.
  • Monitor outbound lead flow within the territory to ensure the appropriate sales channels are receiving and following up on leads.
  • Create light content marketing projects, like email and landing page copy, ad text, or banners for display.

What you bring along

  • A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years marketing and demand generation experience.
  • A strong ability to assess lead generation marketing campaign performance, interpret metrics, assess market fit and use those findings to design future integrated, multichannel campaigns.
  • A strong affinity for sales and understanding of how to translate sales needs into marketing projects.
  • A proven ability to own and optimize paid search, display, and paid social marketing campaigns. This means plenty of experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tooling (preferably Marketo), and passion to continuously test, refine, and evolve email marketing and nurture programs, as well as sales email sequences to best drive lead engagement and funnel movement.
  • Ability to work closely with sales team to ensure fast, thorough follow up on leads, including guidance on relevant content or other assets to be used based on a lead’s stage in the buying process.
  • Curiosity and a natural inclination to push the envelope and test new ideas, or marketing experiments, driven by data.
  • Agility to quickly adapt and adjust strategy to align with evolving business needs.
  • Plenty of experience with Google Analytics, CRM (preferably Dynamics 365), and Marketing automation (preferably Marketo).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
