The biggest expansion is in our commercial department as we see selling complex integrated eCommerce needs a lot of attention and education to help businesses reach their full potential.
We are an EMEA based tech scale-up with a global presence and 200+ employees. Our sales team has a strong focus on mentorship and value-selling over knocking out as many calls as possible. How this role is different:
Cold calling? One of the tasks but not your only focus. You will develop new business via smart lead sourcing, social selling, collaborative campaigns, and other clever & innovative efforts.
This role goes much further than a traditional SDR/BDR role, you will nurture your self-created opportunities from multiple sources (outbound and later also inbound) into deeply qualified opportunities before you involve Sales Managers to drive it to a close. Within this process you will gain extensive training and guiding on value selling, qualification and product knowledge.

In this role (Sales Development) you will learn our core values through onboarding, training, and coaching. You will engage with the market, position our solution, understand pains and needs and above all add value to every conversation you have. In later phases you will own specific internal campaigns, attend tradeshows, and develop new ways for Sana to gain market share. Your trajectory depends on experience, skill, and personal development.
You will undergo a personalised onboarding program where you will be expected to complete online courses and connect & collaborate with mentors within the organization to learn on the job. We will build-up your responsibilities as your role in the company progresses with a strong support system in place. Over time you will develop your position at the company as you take on more projects, contribute more ideas, and work both on prospect and partner sides.
