Your mission
Implement Sana Commerce web stores into our customers’ ERP. 

To successfully launch our customers’ web stores, you consult during the pre-sales trajectory and are the lead in the implementation of the web store. You work closely together with our ERP partners and our development teams to achieve success! 

Your job
Sana Commerce has their headquarters in Rotterdam, The Netherlands and has been successfully selling e-commerce software since 2008. In the last 3 years, we’ve expanded our business to the DACH region and opened two flex offices in München and in Vienna. Here are our two sales managers, marketing manager and Ecommerce consultant working hard on growing the market share in the DACH market! 

You can consider the German speaking region being in a fast-growing start-up phase, but with help and example of the successful Dutch office. As Ecommerce Consultant, you will grow along as our company is growing. You will learn to be successful in implementing web stores from our Consultant Manager in the Netherlands, when you visit the HQ for your onboarding trajectory of two weeks. Since you work closely together with the development teams in Ukraine and Sri Lanka, you can visit our colleagues there as well! 

Your tasks
As Ecommerce Consultant, you set up high quality Sana Commerce web stores. Therefore, you consult prospects during pre-sales trajectories on the possibilities of our web store. After our sales team has sealed the deal, you are responsible for the implementation of our e-commerce software into the ERP of the customer. You will work closely together with our ERP partners to achieve this. 

You work with big customers in the B2B industry, like ZF Friedrichshafen and Yamaha. You are in the lead of launching web shops in the DACH market! 

  • Consult customers regarding suitable solutions for their online B2B challenges. 

  • Create functional designs for Ecommerce solutions. 

  • Specify customer requirements and instruct ERP partners and our developers. 

  • Support customers during and after implementation of their web store. 

  • Create and maintain durable customer relationships.

Qualifications

We are looking for:
You like the challenge of being one of the first Ecommerce Consultants in the DACH region! With this entrepreneurial mindset and implementation skills, you realize great Sana web stores.  

Furthermore you have

  • A bachelor’s degree

  • Language: You are a (near) native German speaker.  

  • Experience: At least 5 years’ experience in implementing ERP, e.g. as ERP consultant. 

  • Leadership: Since you know how to deal with stakeholders who all have their own interests, you know how to deal with this and lead the project to a good end. 

  • Excellent communication skills: You manage expectations like no other, in both German and English. 

  • Great stress handling skills: You can handle a fast-paced, demanding, results driven environment.
