Channel Sales Manager
Mike has 12 years of Solutions Sales experience in the Microsoft Dynamics Channel, having sold Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations, Dynamics AX, Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics NAV, Dynamics GP (Great Plains), and Netsuite, as well as various ISVs. He is able to leverage his ERP and operations background to bring a very consultative approach to working with customers and prospects. Outside of work, Mike is a very competitive amateur golfer and enjoys outdoor adventure.
CEO & Managing Partner
Michiel has been helping distributors and manufacturers build web stores since 1999. Along the way, he has gained valuable insights into B2B e-commerce, which he has used to develop the Sana Commerce vision and product.
Wouter van Weelderen
Chief Services Officer
Wouter has been dedicated to e-business since 1999 and joined Sana Commerce as CSO in 2017. With his experience as consultant, ops manager and director, Wouter’s mission is to drive global first-class services to customers.

Since 2013, Tim has been guiding the international expansion of Sana Commerce and scaling up its corporate services. He is currently COO as well as CEO and President of Sana Commerce in North America based in NYC.

Recent early graduate magna cum laude with a double major in research academia. Published and recognized for social development projects and linguistic research on educational inequality in China, equipped with seven years of experience as a classroom educator, and celebrated twice as an Honor Roll Recipient for contributions to diversity work and community building at Bryn Mawr College.
Post-grad, she diverted to starting afresh and pursuing new skills in a world blossoming with potential: the digital sphere. Today, she serves as the youngest member of the North American team at Sana Commerce.

Arno started his e-commerce career over 15 years ago, leading (B2B) projects for customers like Heineken and AkzoNobel. He has contributed to Sana Commerce’s development since 2008 and manages all aspects of the product.

Ryan Steigerwald manages the indirect/channel strategy for the North American operations at Sana Commerce, as Manager, Partnerships – North America. Ryan is a partner-focused sales leader and brings over 13 years of experience developing partnership programs, building sales teams, and scaling companies for rapid growth.
From a partnership perspective, Ryan’s focus is creating a standardized process that promotes healthy relationships that focus on customer success while promoting education, engagement, and business growth at the core.
While not working, Ryan enjoys time with his wife and son, trips to northern Michigan, or some leisure activities, including hockey, golf, and cycling.

Tim started his career at Sana in 2013. By 2015, he was named COO and in 2016 he was appointed to the Board of Management of Sana’s parent company. Now based in NYC, Tim has taken on the role of CEO and President for Sana in North America.

Alex is our Partner Alliance Manager for the UK & Ireland. His role is to work with our partner channel to ensure they receive all of the training, sales enablement and marketing support they require to be successful going to market with their Sana E-Commerce solution.
Todd Dietrich coordinates the efforts of customers, partners, and Sana Commerce team members to implement webshops as a Project Lead for Sana Commerce in North America. With over 16 years of experience helping organizations realize their initiatives, Todd is a seasoned technology implementation professional.
Todd is an active volunteer with several community organizations and is also enthusiastic about classic cars and vintage video games.
Kate works in the marketing team for the UK & Ireland, and is heavily involved in the global marketing projects. She has extensive experience in paid media strategy across many B2B and B2C brands, and ensures Sana is up to date with marketing innovations.

Ruben has held several commercial positions at Sana Commerce since 2013, and became CSO in 2018. His mission is to provide a pleasant and effortless buying experience by building a world-class tech-sales organization.
With over 9 years of ERP integrated E-commerce experience, I have grown to love diving into our customers world and providing solutions that make those organizations more efficient in engaging with their customers. Also, working with Microsoft ERP resellers has become a passion for me. This gives me an opportunity to bring real engagement ideas and plans for our partners to help their clients maximize their business.
Olesya’s driving passion is helping B2X companies recognize their full potential through a strong online sales channel. She works strategically with Sana’s partner network to plan, train, and execute campaigns to reach client audiences about maximizing their existing ERP investment. She also works directly with clients to educate, build business cases, and scope requirements of their digital commerce projects. In business and in life, she believes in the value of open communication, positivity, accountability, and organization. Though born in Ukraine, she resides in the Hudson Valley region of New York. When not at work, she enjoys ballroom dancing, the company of her cats, and exploring the world with her husband.

Jeroen joined Sana Commerce in 2014. As CMO, he is responsible for all global marketing activities. His goal is to continue fueling the company’s explosive growth by building a team led by innovation and customer centricity.

Stephanie joined Sana in 2016 bringing with her a background in B2B tech marketing in the Microsoft Dynamics and SAP channels, and a specific focus on e-commerce software. Starting off in field marketing for North America, Stephanie later dabbled in Product Marketing for Sana, and now in her current role, is responsible for the local marketing team in this region.

Dean helps people and businesses to realizes the benefits that Ecommerce brings, provides information, content and understands the goals of a business from an eCommerce perspective.
I’ve developed several expertise within the digital and eCommerce field during the past 10 years. I have been working in France for most of my career and in the USA most recently. I’m currently Customer Success Manager at Sana Commerce, managing a portfolio of 40 accounts.
I’m charge of making our customers are reaching their eCommerce goals thanks to the Sana solution, driving adoption and increase retention.
In other thing about me, I’m an avid traveler and a big foodie.
Navjot is a Project Manager at Sana Commerce and works with clients as a trusted advisor to help them build their e-commerce solution. He is an expert in managing complex cross-functional projects, coordinating resources, mitigating risks and leading stakeholders through ambiguity. Navjot enjoys leading/coaching and has a passion to constantly learn.
Navjot previously worked as a Senior Project Manager at Mind Gym and as a Consultant/Project Manager at Navigant Consulting. He graduated with a BBA in Finance from Baruch College (cum laude honors) and attained his PMP in 2017.
It all started in 2007, with a pizza and a plan.
One evening in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, five people came together over a pizza. They were already successfully helping B2C companies thrive with e-commerce. But they saw that no e-commerce platform on the market was truly meeting B2B companies’ needs. None were enabling B2B companies to deliver the same experience online, that had made them successful offline.
So, pizza slice in hand, they made the decision to address this imbalance and set out to create a B2B e-commerce platform unlike any other.
They started at the beginning: by looking at what systems B2B organizations were already relying on to run their business and successfully service their customers. At the heart, they found the ERP system. And they thought, what if? What if, instead of starting with the web store, we started with companies’ existing ERP system? What if we made ERP and e-commerce work as one?
And Sana Commerce was born.
