I’ve been a competitive athlete the majority of my life and you know that cheesy line “teamwork makes the dream work?” Well, turns out, that’s also true in sales.
Throughout my professional career I’ve been a true utility player, from being sales person #1 at a growing startup to sales person #1000 at a fortune 100, and I have taken on responsibilities of sales, marketing, account management and operations.
At Sana, I help both B2B and B2C companies streamline their e-commerce needs by providing them with a fully integrated solution. In my role, I get the chance to help companies reach their full potential and use my unique experience to assist my team wherever called upon!
Channel Development Manager

Michiel has been helping distributors and manufacturers build web stores since 1999. Along the way, he has gained valuable insights into B2B e-commerce, which he has used to develop the Sana Commerce vision and product.
Luke is a Senior Marketing Manager for Sana Commerce. A passionate advocate of digital innovation and data driven marketing, he has over 15 years of experience in B2B Marketing and managing multiple brands.
An experienced customer focused service consultant with experience in handling all type of clients, issues, and adaptive to different businesses and environments.
While not at work, you can find her devouring through books, games, or different types of DIY crafting.
Navjot is a Project Manager at Sana Commerce and works with clients as a trusted advisor to help them build their e-commerce solution. He is an expert in managing complex cross-functional projects, coordinating resources, mitigating risks and leading stakeholders through ambiguity. Navjot enjoys leading/coaching and has a passion to constantly learn.
Navjot previously worked as a Senior Project Manager at Mind Gym and as a Consultant/Project Manager at Navigant Consulting. He graduated with a BBA in Finance from Baruch College (cum laude honors) and attained his PMP in 2017.
Channel Sales Manager
I have been working in the Microsoft Business Solutions Channel since 2013 and selling eCommerce and ERP software to the channel since 2013. I incubate strategic partnerships and sell enterprise eCommerce Software to enterprise size companies across North America.
My current role includes business growth across the North America region/industry by developing senior-level relationships. I analyze data trends and client performance, to develop solid strategic plans to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders across the country in organizations and industry leadership events.
Industries: Manufacturing, Wholesale Distribution, Retail, Information Technology, Transportation and Warehousing, and Finance Services.
Chief Operating Officer
Since 2013, Tim has been guiding the international expansion of Sana Commerce and scaling up its corporate services. He is currently COO as well as CEO and President of Sana Commerce in North America based in NYC.
Kate works in the marketing team for the UK & Ireland, and is heavily involved in the global marketing projects. She has extensive experience in paid media strategy across many B2B and B2C brands, and ensures Sana is up to date with marketing innovations.

I am passionate about creative problem solving and building lasting strategic partnerships. I help define your e-commerce objectives and achieve desired results with your Sana web store.
Nicole joined Sana in March 2020. She will be working with partners to grow Sana’s footprint in enterprise business across the UK & Ireland.
VP of Marketing, North America
Stephanie joined Sana in 2016 bringing with her a background in B2B tech marketing in the Microsoft Dynamics and SAP channels, and a specific focus on e-commerce software. Starting off in field marketing for North America, Stephanie later dabbled in Product Marketing for Sana, and now in her current role, is responsible for the local marketing team in this region.
Outside of marketing, Stephanie is passionate about creative arts. She loves new experiences and has a strong compulsion to always remain active.
Rajiv works in the enterprise sales team for UK & Ireland, ensuring prospective customers have a smooth process on inquiries relating to Sana. An enthusiast of all things digital, Rajiv works with companies and partners to identify when an integrated B2B solution is right for them and how they can benefit.
Partner Alliance Manager
Alex is our Partner Alliance Manager for the UK & Ireland. His role is to work with our partner channel to ensure they receive all of the training, sales enablement and marketing support they require to be successful going to market with their Sana E-Commerce solution.
Implementation Team Lead and Support Team Lead
Leads the product specialist team which is tasked with installing and supporting the implementation of new websites and projects. Also leads the support team in charge of supporting and maintaining websites and relationships with customers post go-live.

Todd Dietrich coordinates the efforts of customers, partners, and Sana Commerce team members to implement webshops as a Project Lead for Sana Commerce in North America. With over 16 years of experience helping organizations realize their initiatives, Todd is a seasoned technology implementation professional.
Todd is an active volunteer with several community organizations and is also enthusiastic about classic cars and vintage video games.

Ruben has held several commercial positions at Sana Commerce since 2013, and became CSO in 2018. His mission is to provide a pleasant and effortless buying experience by building a world-class tech-sales organization.
Business Solutions Analyst (E-Commerce Consultant)
Arkadiy is an experienced software consultant with great interpersonal skills, and a high knowledge of the latest developments in the eCommerce and ERP industries. Skilled in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Functional Solution Design, Requirements Gathering, eCommerce, and Project Management. He is a strong Information Technology professional with a Bachelor’s Degree focused in Management Information Systems from Iona College.

My passion to help people and companies improve is fueled by a level of drive maintained in and out of the workplace. Whether it be weekend sailing competitions or alpine skiing trips, the opportunity to help others pursue their passions remains an affinity of mine. At Sana, our goal is to optimize the order process through integrated e-commerce. I approach this mission with a collective mindset, taking every opportunity to coach and train my colleagues in an effort to maximize their output and, most importantly, their potential.

Tim started his career at Sana in 2013. By 2015, he was named COO and in 2016 he was appointed to the Board of Management of Sana’s parent company. Now based in NYC, Tim has taken on the role of CEO and President for Sana in North America.
Driving results for 10+ years for teams across various industries including e-commerce, distribution & logistics, government and contact center. Current focus on helping customers achieve their e-commerce potential, acting as an international liaison for project teams across 5 countries having delivered nearly 50 ERP-integrated solutions over a 3 year tenure with Sana Commerce. Ryan Steigerwald manages the indirect/channel strategy for the North American operations at Sana Commerce, as Manager, Partnerships – North America. Ryan is a partner-focused sales leader and brings over 13 years of experience developing partnership programs, building sales teams, and scaling companies for rapid growth.
From a partnership perspective, Ryan’s focus is creating a standardized process that promotes healthy relationships that focus on customer success while promoting education, engagement, and business growth at the core.
While not working, Ryan enjoys time with his wife and son, trips to northern Michigan, or some leisure activities, including hockey, golf, and cycling.
Jonny works with businesses using Microsoft ERP products, consulting on a variety of E-Commerce processes. Whether you want to increase your efficiencies or boost your sales revenue he can help tailor a solution to match your needs.

Mike has 12 years of Solutions Sales experience in the Microsoft Dynamics Channel, having sold Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations, Dynamics AX, Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics NAV, Dynamics GP (Great Plains), and Netsuite, as well as various ISVs. He is able to leverage his ERP and operations background to bring a very consultative approach to working with customers and prospects. Outside of work, Mike is a very competitive amateur golfer and enjoys outdoor adventure.

Published and recognized for social development projects and linguistic research on educational inequality in China, equipped with seven years of experience as a classroom educator, and celebrated twice as an Honor Roll Recipient for contributions to diversity work and community building at Bryn Mawr College.
Post-grad, she diverted to starting afresh and pursuing new skills in a world blossoming with potential: the digital sphere. Today, she serves as the youngest member of the North American team at Sana Commerce.

I’ve developed several expertise within the digital and eCommerce field during the past 10 years. I have been working in France for most of my career and in the USA most recently. I’m currently Customer Success Manager at Sana Commerce, managing a portfolio of 40 accounts.

Arno started his e-commerce career over 15 years ago, leading (B2B) projects for customers like Heineken and AkzoNobel. He has contributed to Sana Commerce’s development since 2008 and manages all aspects of the product.
Event Marketing Specialist
As a part of the Partner Channel Team, she focuses on supporting the North American Commercial Team in the planning and execution of internal and external events that help raise brand awareness and drive lead generation. In parallel, she also works closely with the Sales Team to support our diverse partner ecosystem through co-branded marketing activities and various campaigns.
Before her time at Sana, she began her career working as a Marketing Specialist for a mobile web and digital transformation company. For four years, she was a part of a team that supported clients, such as Behr, Chanel, Lego and Dressbarn, as they adopted a mobile web strategy for their brand.
As a self-proclaimed human connection enthusiast, her passion for bringing people together shines through her personal interests as well; a dedicated concert goer, special event finder and vacation planner all aid her excitement for her work.

Andrea has two years plus experience in finance and economic research. Fluent English, Spanish and Portuguese professional proficiency.
With over 9 years of ERP integrated E-commerce experience, I have grown to love diving into our customers world and providing solutions that make those organizations more efficient in engaging with their customers. Also, working with Microsoft ERP resellers has become a passion for me. This gives me an opportunity to bring real engagement ideas and plans for our partners to help their clients maximize their business.
Olesya’s driving passion is helping B2X companies recognize their full potential through a strong online sales channel. She works strategically with Sana’s partner network to plan, train, and execute campaigns to reach client audiences about maximizing their existing ERP investment. She also works directly with clients to educate, build business cases, and scope requirements of their digital commerce projects. In business and in life, she believes in the value of open communication, positivity, accountability, and organization. Though born in Ukraine, she resides in the Hudson Valley region of New York. It all started in 2007, with a pizza and a plan.
One evening in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, five people came together over a pizza. They were already successfully helping B2C companies thrive with e-commerce. But they saw that no e-commerce platform on the market was truly meeting B2B companies’ needs. None were enabling B2B companies to deliver the same experience online, that had made them successful offline.
So, pizza slice in hand, they made the decision to address this imbalance and set out to create a B2B e-commerce platform unlike any other.
They started at the beginning: by looking at what systems B2B organizations were already relying on to run their business and successfully service their customers. At the heart, they found the ERP system. And they thought, what if? What if, instead of starting with the web store, we started with companies’ existing ERP system? What if we made ERP and e-commerce work as one?
And Sana Commerce was born.
