What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide expert assistance to customers regarding product inquiries, usage, troubleshooting, and technical issues.
  • Conduct training sessions for internal teams and customers to enhance product knowledge and usage developing training materials, user guides, and FAQs.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions and own experience.
  • Work closely with various teams such as marketing, engineering, design, and customer service to ensure cohesive product development and communication.
  • Provide insights and suggestions based on customer interactions to influence the product roadmap and future development.
